Add/Remove estimate table columns

Modify Columns

  • In the Job Estimate, click on the ‘Show/Hide Columns‘ icon

    Job Module - Show and Hide Columns
  • Click on the column names to toggle between showing or hiding the columns, then click ‘Close

Estimate Table Glossary

The table has the following columns, which can be hidden.

Column NameDescription
UnitThe unit of measure for the quantity.
TypeResource type, e.g. labour or material.
TotalQuantity * Factor * Rate * (1 + Item Markup) * (1 + Resource Markup).
TemplateThe Estimate Item Template the item is based on.
RateItem rate.

QuantityItem quantity. Quantity can be entered directly or provided using the Quantity Table.

Q*FQuantity * Factor.
PriceRate * (1 + Item Markup) * (1 + Resource Markup).
Prev. QtyQuantity claimed in previous periods.
Prev. %% claimed in previous periods.

Prev. $Amounts claimed in previous periods.
NoteAn additional note. This field is not included into the customer-facing reports, such as quotes and invoices.
FactorAn optional multiplier for the quantity.
